This is a verified client with whom RONDA INVEST has collaborated on multiple projects. Two previously financed projects have already been repaid without any issues. The client is currently advancing a new development — the construction of a residential apartment building in Tábor — which has commenced with the installation of prefabricated garages. At present, the garages are being placed on concrete footings. The client has been active in the real estate market for many years. He regularly acquires, renovates, and subsequently rents or sells various residential properties, including apartment units and family houses. The primary collateral for the current loan consists of a land plot with an approved project for the construction of a residential apartment building and 50 garages, which are currently under construction and being installed in the town of Tábor.

  • Basic property description: The land covers a total area of 3,370 m². One part of the property is currently under development, with the construction of 50 garages underway. On the remaining portion, the investor is awaiting a building permit for the construction of a residential apartment building. This extensive land parcel is located on the outskirts of an expanding urban district in the town of Tábor.
  • Lien in the 3rd order on part of the land designated for garage construction (prior-ranking liens are held in favor of Ronda Invest a.s.).
  • Value of the property as of the date: CZK 37,400,000, July 31, 2025.
  • Location and surroundings: The plots are located in the eastern outskirts of the town of Tábor, in the Měšice area. They are situated adjacent to newly developed residential housing, including apartment buildings and family homes. The site offers excellent transport accessibility, both by car and public transportation. The town of Tábor also provides full civic amenities.
  • Technical condition of the property: Monolithic garages that will be delivered to the plots, along with an extensive land parcel where a building permit is pending for the construction of a smaller apartment building.
