This is the eighth loan of the client who has been cooperating with Ronda Invest since 2018. The current loan is intended for financing the purchase of a villa in Strašnice. The client runs a joint real estate and law firm and has a number of successfully completed projects. The main collateral consists of a villa in Strašnice - a family house with three residential units and a studio, supplemented by a double garage and other accessories. The building is partially underground, it has three floors, with the third floor being a residential attic with attic space. The house is connected to all utilities and is covered with a tent roof with dormers. Further security is provided by a villa in Vinohrady and land in Jesenice and Štěrboholy, which complements the loan security.
