Yield

This is a repeat collaboration with a client who has successfully completed numerous development projects. The client has long focused on the construction of single-family and terraced houses, primarily targeting projects in prime locations within the Central Bohemian Region.
The collateral consists of a plot in the municipality of Kamenice, in the cadastral area of Ládví. It is a gently sloping plot with an area of 676 m², designated for the construction of a detached, non-basement family house with two above-ground floors and a 5+kk layout. Electricity and gas are already connected to the plot, while water and sewage connections are located at its boundary. After the initial investment into construction, additional loan tranches will be disbursed.
