The client has over 20 years of experience in real estate development. The purpose of the loan is to finance the completion of an apartment building in Prague – Uhříněves, which the client has so far funded from his own resources. The project comprises a total of 18 residential units. The client has already successfully completed the first phase of construction in this location and is currently proceeding with the second phase. The first above-ground floor of the building is designed as predominantly open and will serve as parking space as well as a potential passage to the rear apartment building. Each residential unit will feature a balcony, and the top-floor apartments will additionally be equipped with spacious terraces. The project also includes the installation of an elevator to enhance the comfort of future residents. The foundations of the building have already been completed, and work is currently underway on the ceiling structures and vertical load-bearing elements.
