The client has acquired building plots with a total area of 2,662 m² in the Prague district of Uhříněves, where he plans to build seven terraced family houses. The project will be carried out in cooperation with a professional team possessing in-depth knowledge of the local market and technical expertise from similar developments. The project is fully in line with the current zoning plan. The finalization of an agreement with the municipality is currently underway, after which a building permit application will be submitted.
