This is a repeat collaboration with the client, who is part of an investment group managing a real estate portfolio with a total value exceeding CZK 500 million. The group specializes in residential properties, focusing on regions with strong investment potential, major cities across the Czech Republic, and of course, Prague. Their primary focus is on the revitalization of residential buildings and efficient property management. The collateral consists of the right half of a semi-detached family house located in Prague – Bohnice. The property is intended for renovation. A portion of the loan will be used to refinance existing obligations, while the remaining funds will be directed toward further development of the client’s real estate investment activities.
