The loan will be disbursed in two phases, with the second tranche released upon the installation of the first ten garage units, which is expected to take place within approximately two months.

- Technical condition of the property: The land is currently undeveloped, free of defects, and ready for project implementation. Installation of prefabricated garages on the site is scheduled to begin in the near future.
