This loan is intended to finance the construction of garages in Tábor. The project builds on a series of successful previous collaborations with the client, who has a long-standing focus on real estate investments, particularly the purchase, renovation, and subsequent rental or sale of residential units. The entire project is carried out under the guidance of an experienced investor who, in addition to smaller residential developments, is also involved in the preparation of larger real estate ventures. The land designated for construction is located in an attractive area with excellent accessibility and strong development potential. The loan will be disbursed in two phases, with the second tranche released upon the installation of the first ten garage units, which is expected to take place within approximately two months.

- Technical condition of the property: The land is currently undeveloped, free of defects, and ready for project implementation. Installation of prefabricated garages on the site is scheduled to begin in the near future.
