The loan was provided to a group engaged in the development of residential real estate in Slovakia, where they have several similar projects underway. The group is an experienced developer that has completed several, primarily residential, projects in Slovakia. This is the first loan granted to this group.

The client used the loan to develop a residential project in Nitra, in collaboration with a Slovak bank. The primary source of income for the client to repay the loan is their extensive activity in property development and the sale of residential and commercial real estate. The land plots are located in a sought-after area with excellent access to Bratislava.
