Several loans have been provided to the client in the past, all of which were repaid without issue. Currently, the client has two active loans for a project in Tábor. The newly provided financing is intended to cover the purchase price of adjacent land, which was refinanced from the first loan, and to begin construction of garages on the land in a developing area. The land is located on the outskirts of Tábor, adjoining new residential and apartment developments.
