The client has initiated a project involving the construction of several residential buildings in the Slovak regional town of Nitra, specifically in the locality of Mlynarce. The project encompasses the construction of five residential buildings, one terrace apartment building, and a parking house in multiple stages. The loan provided is allocated for commencing the first stage of the project.

The primary source of loan repayment will be the sale of flats from this initial stage, involving the construction of two residential buildings. Concurrently, repayment will also be supported by the client's ongoing development activities in various locations across Slovakia, including areas near Bratislava and in Dunajska Streda.

  • Basic property description:The land, with a total area of 12,488 m2, is designated for residential construction in Nitra.
  • Lien in the 1st order (To be established upon the contribution of the subject land to the project company, the funds will be held in escrow. During this period, the funds will also serve as the principal security for the loan.)
  • Value of the property as of the date: CZK 99,179,116.15 as of August 11, 2023. The property value is converted based on the CNB exchange rate as of the date of the property valuation.
