We provided financing to an experienced developer with whom RONDA INVEST has already implemented two similar business plans. Currently, it has acquired land for residential construction on the outskirts of Tabor, where it has been operating for a long time. The purpose of the loan is to refinance a loan from another entity that was originally used to acquire the land. The loan will be repaid as part of the financing of the overall construction of the apartments once the final permits have been obtained.
