Popis nemovitého zajištění:

Úvěr je zajištěn nakupovanou nemovitostí ve Velkých Popovicích. V nemovitosti se nachází prodejna potravin, restaurace, kadeřnictví, řeznictví, herna, kanceláře, sklady, nerušící výroba (brambůrky) a velká část (část přízemí a celé 2. NP) je využívána jako ubytovna. Ubytovna zahrnuje celkem 33 pokojů s cca 80 lůžky, některé pokoje mají vlastní sociální zázemí, některé mají společné, přístupné z chodby. Suterénní prostory jsou využívány jako sklady. Objekt byl dán do užívání v r. 1990 a od r. 1999, kdy byl koupen předchozím vlastníkem, je řádně udržován jak majitelem, tak nájemci, s postupně prováděnými modernizacemi - nemovitost je ve velmi dobrém stavebně technickém stavu.

Hodnota zajištění na základě posouzení nezávislého odhadce k 14. 9. 2018: 26.600.000 Kč.

K úvěru je sepsán notářský zápis s uznáním dluhu a svolením k vykonatelnosti.
