EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT
RONDA INVEST will exercise its contractual lien on the property.
DISCOUNT SALE
The mortgaged property has a max LTV of 70% and we can sell it immediately at a 30% discount.
PAYMENT TO THE CLIENT
Part of the remaining money is deducted as a fee to Ronda, the rest is then paid to the investor.
Considering that the properties to be developed are situated in lucrative locations in large cities, the cashing-in is a matter of a month or two. As a general practice, it is sold at market price or at a 15% discount – the balance is immediately paid to the investors.
