The client is engaged in construction, development, and real estate activities, with a particular focus on the area around Prague. He has completed several successful projects involving family houses. Currently, he is working on several projects, primarily in Hodyně and at Lipno, consisting of apartments and villas intended for residential living. The purpose of the current loan is to refinance the client’s existing loan and to expand the mutual cooperation—bridge financing will be replaced with long-term financing. The collateral consists of a portfolio of real estate assets, primarily a newly built family villa in Řevnice near Prague, as well as another family house in a row of houses and two plots designated for individual family housing construction, all in Řevnice. Part of the collateral also includes a set of plots in Hodyně near Prague, also designated for individual residential construction.

- Basic description of the property: The property comprises two plots of land located in Řevnice, with a combined area of 1,561 m². They are designated for the construction of two detached family houses, in accordance with a valid site placement decision.

- Value of the property as of date: CZK 18,600,000 as of July 22, 2024.
- Location and surroundings: The plots are situated in a quiet location outside the flood zone, in an area with good transport accessibility.
- Technical condition of the property: The land plots are intended for the development of two standalone family houses, based on an approved land-use decision.
