Currently, he is working on several projects, primarily in Hodyně and at Lipno, consisting of apartments and villas intended for residential living. The purpose of the current loan is to refinance the client’s existing loan and to expand the mutual cooperation—bridge financing will be replaced with long-term financing. The collateral consists of a portfolio of real estate assets, primarily a newly built family villa in Řevnice near Prague, as well as another family house in a row of houses and two plots designated for individual family housing construction, all in Řevnice.
