The investor has been active in the market for over 30 years and has extensive experience in real estate development, both domestically and internationally. As part of the acquisition, a detached villa built in 2000 was purchased, located on a large plot of land with a total area of over 4,100 m². The villa is in good technical condition and will undergo minor renovation. The client’s further intention is to develop the remaining part of the land by constructing four terraced family houses and one apartment building comprising 22 residential units and a commercial space. The overall concept is aimed at selling all units individually to end buyers. The project will be managed by an experienced external project manager in cooperation with verified construction contractors.
