This is an experienced developer, with whom RONDA INVEST has been implementing several projects in Prague. This is the second tranche of the loan, the first tranche has been successfully completed and the sale of the last newly built residential units is underway. The second tranche includes the construction of a total of 21 residential units and 12 parking lots. This is a total new build with construction work progressing rapidly. Work has been carried out on the internal plastering on the additional floors, rough wiring, anhydrite (poured) floors, rough wiring etc. The client plans to proceed with further development of the adjacent properties they own in this location, following completion of this tranche of the loan.

  • Location and surroundings: Prague Vysocany, near the project there are complete civic amenities – department stores, smaller retail units, restaurants, public transport in the form of metro stations Vysočanská, Kolbenova and Českomoravská.
  • Technical condition of the property: Development project under construction (completely new building) with a completion rate of 78%.
